Private label
Your brand on your domain: branding, logos, a custom domain with DNS verification, and the people who administer it.
A private label is Storehouses under a partner's name — a museum's members' app, a state program, a firm's client portal — on the partner's own domain, with the partner's branding. It is the same app and the same security; nothing is built or hosted separately.
What you can brand
Portal → Private label (for partners with the private-label capability):
- Name and colours — the product name as it appears in the app and in emails, and the accent colour.
- Logos — light-mode and dark-mode versions, uploaded here. Users see the change on their next app load.
- Custom domain — enter a domain you own (
app.acme.com). You get a DNS record to add at your provider; Check verifies it, the certificate is issued, and the app answers there. The sign-in and reset emails use the domain. - Members — who administers the label; separate from any client account.
What stays the same
Encryption, storage, the audit trail, exports, the estate plan, the stores: every capability of Storehouses, unchanged. A user of a private-label domain is a Storehouses user with the partner's branding.
Desktop builds
Enterprise partners can receive a Mac installer under their own name that updates itself; Windows follows when code signing is in place. Ask your account manager.
