Plan and billing
How Storehouses is paid for: by agreement, invoiced, with an account manager — and what you can see and change here.
Storehouses is sold by agreement, not by subscription tier. There is no free plan, no feature paywall and no card on file: everything in Storehouses is included, invoiced on the schedule your agreement sets — usually annually — and paid by bank transfer.
Your plan
What your agreement covers, the term, and when it renews. Changes to the plan are arranged with your account manager, not made here.
Billing contact
The name and address as they should appear on the invoice, and where invoices are sent. Only an account admin can change the billing contact.
Payments
A record of what has been invoiced and paid, with each receipt downloadable. Your first invoice appears after the agreement is countersigned. Payment is by ACH or wire to the account named on the invoice.
Account manager
Your account manager's name, with Message to reach them directly — for an invoice reissued, a PO reference added, a change to the agreement, or anything else.
