Storefront
Sell from your own store: connect Shopify, list an asset at a price, and let orders and sales flow back to the record.
Storefront lets you list assets for sale from a store you already run. Shopify today; more platforms later.
Connecting
Marketplace → Storefront → Connect a store signs you in to Shopify and authorises Storehouses for your shop. The connection strip then shows the store, its domain, and Connected · inventory and orders sync every 15 minutes · last 4 minutes ago. Manage integration reconnects or disconnects; disconnecting stops the flow and removes nothing from either side.
Listing an asset
From any asset's menu, Publish to store, or from the Storefront tab, List an asset. The listing is created from the record — title, description, photographs, category — at the asset's current Storehouses value as the asking price unless you set another. Publishing and unpublishing are queued and confirmed within a minute or two.
The listing table shows Vault estimate and Asking side by side, plus views in the last 30 days and the status — listed, sold, draft, awaiting fulfilment.
Orders and sales
Orders appear under Orders as they arrive and move to Sold when fulfilled. Four figures head the tab: Listed (assets, asking total, share of the collection), Sold, last 90 days (count, value, average days to sell), Open orders, and Price vs. estimate.
Two rules, as switches under the table:
- Sold assets leave the vault automatically — the record is kept, the sale price written to its valuation history, and it stops counting toward totals.
- Hide vault estimate from listings — publish without exposing your own figure anywhere in the store.
What the store receives
Only what a listing needs: title, description, photographs, price and the category. Never your acquisition details, your location, your documents or your estimate (unless you chose to use it as the asking price). Disconnecting the store stops the flow; nothing already published is recalled unless you unpublish it.
