Exports and reports

Share & Export: the portfolio PDF, asset manifest, insurance pack, QR labels, auction and donation packages, and full backups.

Share & Export is where your record leaves Storehouses in a form someone else can use. Every export is scoped — the whole account, a collection, an ensemble, a board's zone, or a selection — and respects what the exporting member is allowed to see. Sample assets are never included.

For your records and advisers

ExportWhat you get
Portfolio PDFA bound report: cover, totals, allocation, then one page per asset with photograph, record, valuation and documents listed. The thing to hand an advisor, an attorney or an executor.
Asset manifestEvery asset as rows — XLSX or CSV — with the record fields for its category. For spreadsheets, accountants and migrations.
Insurance packWhat an insurer or broker asks for: schedule of assets with values and evidence, photographs, appraisals and certificates, by location.
QR labelsPrintable labels carrying each asset's registry ID. Scan one with Capture's Look up to open the asset.

For an auction house

ExportWhat you get
Auction submissionA package for a house — overview PDF, manifest, asset sheets, images and documents, and a secure review link — produced by the submission workflow and tracked in Marketplace. See Auctions.
DonationThe equivalent for a museum or institution: the assets you intend to give, their records and documents, with the institution's status tracked in the estate plan.

Backups

Full backup writes everything — records, valuation histories, documents and photographs — into one archive you keep yourself. Restore backup puts it back; Replace everything is the only mode, and it asks twice. Encrypted accounts export encrypted fields as ciphertext unless the device is unlocked, in which case you choose.

Who can export

Owners and Admins always; Editors when the owner allowed it on invitation; Viewers never. Firms connected through the portal export their own client reports from there. Every export is written to the audit trail.
