Portfolio
The one page where figures lead: what the collection is worth, how it is allocated, how it has moved, and how well each figure is evidenced.
Boards answers "my things". Portfolio answers what is it worth, and how well is that evidenced. Everywhere else in the app keeps value quiet and links here.
Four tabs
Overview
- Four figures — Total estimated value (with the 12-month change), Change this month, Assets, and Appraised within 3 years, which names the shortfall.
- Value over time — the line chart, over 12 months, 5 years or all time.
- Allocation — by category, collection or location, as a share of value (not of asset count — ten cheap things do not outweigh one expensive one).
- Biggest movers · 30 days — with the reason: reappraised, spot price, appraisal aged out.
- How the value is evidenced — three bands: appraised within three years, appraised but older, estimate only. An insurer or an auction house relies on the first band; the other two are what to work on.
Allocation
The full breakdown — Category · Collection · Location · Maker · Period — as cards and as a Where it sits table of locations with their totals and shares.
History
Value over time at full width with a category filter, and Every revaluation, in order: each change, what caused it, and the figure before and after.
Valuations
The valuation record across the whole account: which assets are appraised, by whom and when; which are estimates only; which appraisals have aged past three years and been marked as estimates. Each row opens the asset's valuation history.
Sample assets, drafts and anything a member is not allowed to see values for are excluded from every figure on this page. Members whose role hides values do not see Portfolio at all.
Estate readiness
The score from Estate appears on Portfolio as well, because two of its five components — insurance and valuations — are Portfolio's business.
