What you can do
Record
Every asset gets photographs, a structured record for its category, its documents, its location and a permanent registry ID. A photo from your phone can draft the record for you.
Value
A valuation history per asset — appraisals, your estimates, dealer quotes, auction results, live spot prices for metals, and an indicative estimate from the valuation engine — with a plain statement of how well each figure is evidenced.
Protect
Insurance policies and coverage gaps, verification that an asset is still where it should be (with NFC Store Tags), and alerts for the things that change.
Plan
Heirs, trusts and an estate plan that says where every asset goes — with a readiness score that tells you what is missing.
Share
Members with roles and scopes, connected professionals, advisors who see many accounts in one view, and share links for an insurer or a buyer.
Move on
Submit assets to an auction house, list them on your own storefront, or ask the Wealth Partners team for a service — without leaving your record.
How it is organised
An account holds one collection of assets — a person's, a household's, a trust's. A person signs in once and may belong to many accounts, each with its own role. Inside an account:

Privacy is the design
- No identity verification. We never ask who you are beyond an email address.
- Optional end-to-end encryption. Turn it on and the sensitive fields of every record are encrypted on your device before they reach us. We hold the lock, never the key. See Encryption.
- Access is granted, never assumed. Every member, heir, advisor, firm and partner sees exactly what you gave them, and each grant can be taken back.
- Your data is yours. Export everything at any time; ask us to delete it and we do.
