Advisors and the Overview
One login, many accounts: how an advisor, a family office or a household manager works across every account they belong to.
A person who belongs to many accounts — an advisor with a book of clients, a family office over several households, an assistant for three principals — has one login and switches between them. All accounts is the view across all of them.
The account switcher
The account menu lists every account you belong to, with your role in each, your recent ones first, and a filter when there are many. Opening one switches everything in the app to that account — assets, boards, members, settings — and the breadcrumb and sidebar say which account you are in. Nothing from another account is visible while you are inside one.
All accounts
All accounts (the top of the sidebar when you belong to more than one) shows each account as a row: name, your role and relationship (advisor, executive assistant, household manager…), status, whether it is encrypted, assets, total value, collections, members and last activity — with totals across the whole book at the top. Filter it, sort it, open any row.
Invitations you have not accepted yet appear here too, marked Invitation pending, with the note that you accept them from the email.
Each account is its own vault
What you can see in an account is set by that account's owner — role, scope, visibility — and nothing crosses between accounts. A client who withholds values from you withholds them in All accounts as well. If an account is encrypted, you unlock your own key once and every encrypted account that has shared a key with you opens with it.
For firms
Firms that need team management, client requests, reporting across clients and integrations with their CRM use the portal, which sits on top of the same memberships.
