Asset Types
Spirits
Distillery or producer, bottler, age statement, cask, distillation and bottling years, edition size.
Whisky, cognac, rum and the rest. The record separates distillation year from bottling year, records the cask type and whether the bottling is cask strength, and the release size for limited editions. Fill level and seal condition matter as much as they do for wine; an old bottle with a low fill is a different asset.
