Wine
Producer, vintage, appellation, bottle size, fill level, storage, drink window and critic scores.
Fine wine is valued on provenance and condition as much as on the label. The record holds the fill level, seal condition and storage (where, and whether it has been climate controlled) because those decide whether a bottle is drinkable, saleable, or neither. Quantity handles cases; the drink window and critic scores are kept as free text.

The asset page shows which of these are missing; the Estate readiness score counts them. See Documents.
How it is valued
Auction results for the producer and vintage; dealer quotes; your estimate for cellar stock. Spot pricing does not apply. Every figure is kept in the asset's valuation history with its source and date — see Valuation.
